PLACING ORDERS

We are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, PST. You may place your order by calling us at 800-532-5219 or faxing us at 800-476-6518. You may also place orders online. To view available products, please select a category on the main menu at the top of each page. We begin processing orders upon receipt and make every effort to ship orders within 24 hours of receipt.

SHIPPING

We offer free ground shipping in the continental United States on orders over $175. Other shipping options are available if you require faster service. We charge a minimum shipping and handling fee of $8.50 on orders of $75. and under; $10. on orders of $75.01 - $174.99; and free shipping on orders of $175. and over. COD orders are charged the actual COD fee charged by the shipper. There is no minimum order, nor is there an additional charge to drop ship the order directly to your patient!

CONTINENTAL U.S.

Ground orders of $175. or more will receive free shipping in the continental United States. Requested air shipments for orders over $175. in the continental United States will be charged the difference between Ground and Air shipping costs. For non- bulk orders over $350 to the eastern United States, we will ship UPS 3 Day Select free of charge if requested. (Shipping discounts do not apply to bulk items such as, but not limited to, empty bottles and extracts greater than the 32 oz. size.)

ALASKA, HAWAII, AND PUERTO RICO

Shipments to these areas are by UPS 2nd Day Air and are charged 65% of the actual cost on orders over $175. On orders over $375 to these areas, you are charged only 35% of the actual cost. (Shipping discounts do not apply to bulk items such as, but not limited to, empty bottles and extracts greater than the 32 oz size.) We are not able to discount orders shipped by other carriers.

CANADA

Although we are site licensed and maintain compliance with Canada’s Natural Health Products Directorate, Health Canada does not allow us to ship orders to Canadian customers. PAYMENT TERMS

Our normal policy is for payment at the time your order is placed by Visa or Mastercard. Credit applications are available upon request and our normal credit terms upon acceptance are Net 15 days. All other orders are sent COD unless prepaid by check. Please be informed that checks returned for nonsufficient funds will incur a $35 bookkeeping and bank fee service charge.

DISCOUNTS

Buy 12 of an item and pay for only 11. Buy 24 of an item and pay for only 21. These discounts do not apply to bulk items and may not be combined with other special discount offers.

CUSTOM FORMULATIONS

We custom blend extracts to your specifications with a minimum 32 oz. order, which can be a combination of 8, 16 or 32 oz bottles. In-house label capabilities enables us to provide custom names for your formulations, at your request. Custom labels are subject to Wise Woman Herbal’s final approval and must conform with the Dietary Supplement Health & Education Act (DSHEA). There is a modest custom compounding fee for this service.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Although it is a rare occurrence, if an item is out of stock when you call, we will gladly send it automatically as soon as it becomes available again. If you prefer, we will notify you when a particular item is available again so that you may order it along with your next order.

LARGER SIZES OF OUR EXTRACTS

Our extracts are available in 0.5, 1, 2, and 5 gallon sizes. Please contact our customer service department for special bulk pricing.

RECYCLED MATERIALS

Wise Woman Herbals is environmentally friendly. We use recycled paper in our publications, recycled packaging materials for shipping, and biodegradable starch peanuts. Materials that can't be used at work are either recycled or often go home with employees to be used as compost.
